CBMPC Joins Yuletide Merriment

Manila FOCOS Christmas Party

CBMPC represented by GM Lydia de Asis, METC Member Marian Tamayo and Cashier Eden Daus attended the Manila Federation of Cooperative’s (Manila FOCOS) Christmas Party held on December 11, 2023 at President Grand Palace Restaurant, 746-750 Ongpin St., Binondo Manila.

CBMPC has been a member of Manila FOCOS since February 19, 2020 with initial paid-up share capital of P10,000.00. Required share capital is P40,000.00. CBMPC is a member of their Damayan Committee represented by Ms.Tamayo.

Mr. Roland C. Viray, Chairperson of Polytechnic University of the Philippines Cooperative, is the Chairperson of Manila FOCOS. The Federation has 30 member – cooperatives.

Around twenty-three (23) cooperatives were represented in the Christmas Party. There were raffles and games actively participated in by the attendees.

PFCCO-NCR Year-End Party

CBMPC, as represented by Director Noemi dela Paz, Director Lamelita Aquino and Ms. Marites Manansala, joined the 2023 Year-End Party of the Philippine Federation of Credit Cooperatives – National Capital Region (PFCCO-NCR) held last December 12, 2023 at Peng Lai Finest Chinese Cuisine Restaurant, West Triangle, Quezon City. This much-awaited holiday bash is the time of the year when the PFCCO-NCR family come together to celebrate the success of 2023 and welcome the New Year with open arms. This celebration had “Denim and Pearls” as its theme to symbolize the love and purity that the federation received from everyone.

Consistent with the contents of their letter invitation, Ms. Eleanor Hernandez, Chairperson of PFCCO-NCR, expressed her gratefulness for the unwavering support, dedication and hard work of all who helped promote the success of the federation. Aside from the prizes raffled off, this event had a variety of fun-filled activities actively participated in by the attendees which has one of the highlights, the selection of Best Party Dress for both the male and female categories. Ms. Manansala, a CBMPC member-staff was included among the Top Ten Finalists.

Since September 6, 2023, CBMPC has been a member of PFCCO – NCR with paid up share capital of P50,000.00. To date, it has 138 member- cooperatives.
