WHAT IS CBMPC?
Countryside Builders Multi-Purpose Cooperative (CBMPC) is a primary cooperative organized by Land Bank retirees and registered with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) on March 5, 2003. From an initial 15 member-cooperators, members as of December 31, 2021 totalled 689 (506 regular and 183 associate).
WHAT ARE THE PRODUCTS OFFERED BY CBMPC?
The Coop offers loan products to both regular and associate members at very competitive rates
For regular members, the following loan products are available:
a. Regular loan I
b. Regular loan II
c. Dream loan
d. Business loan I
e. Pension loan
f. Gadget loan
On the other hand, associate members can avail of the following:
a. CMLP I
b. CMLP II
c. Dream loan II
d. Business loan II
e. Gadget loan
The following deposit products, which are exempted from withholding tax, are available for both regular and associate members:
a. Savings deposit
b. Regular time deposit
c. Special time deposit
WHAT ARE THE SERVICES AVAILABLE TO THE MEMBERS?
a. Access to HMO membership
b. Free training/seminars on cooperatives
c. Possible partnership/joint-venture agreement on member’s start-up/existing projects
WHO ARE QUALIFIED TO BE A MEMBER?
FOR REGULAR MEMBERS:
a. Landbank alumni – those who retired, resigned or transferred to other agencies
b. Relatives of regular members within the 1st and 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity
c. Regular employees of LBP subsidiaries
d. Staff of CBMPC
FOR ASSOCIATE MEMBERS:
Landbank present/active employees
HOW MUCH IS THE MEMBERSHIP FEE?
P500.00 one-time membership fee
WHAT IS THE INITIAL SHARE CAPITAL?
P5,000.00 to be paid with the membership fee
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM REQUIRED SHARE CAPITAL?
P50,000.00 which can be paid upfront or thru installments within three (3) years
