OBJECTIVES

  1. Provide an avenue for CBMPC members, Landbank alumni and employees, and friends to:
    •  Expand market and increase income (for sellers)
    •  Directly avail of products and services from the source at cheaper prices (for buyers)
    •  Facilitate speaking and training engagements (for CBMPC retirees)
  2. Generate additional income for the CBMPC and its members.
  3. Create camaraderie and reunion opportunities especially for Landbank alumni and friends.

 

MECHANICS

  1. Thru the CBMPC website, participating sellers advertise their products and services, and directly transact business with interested buyers. Participating  fee per one type of business:
    •  P1,000/year for CBMPC members
    •  P1,500/per year  for Landbank alumni and employees
    •  Negotiable  for Non-Landbanker
    Prior to posting an advertisement, the seller shall first get clearance from CBMPC and pay the required participation fee.
  2. If the active assistance of the CBMPC is requested to close a transaction, a 10% service fee based on the gross value of sales/services shall be paid to CBMPC. No service fee shall be paid to CBMPC if the business is directly transacted between seller and buyer.
  3. Buyers may avail of CBMPC loans for purchases from the CBMPC Services Exchange. Sellers may also avail of CBMPC loans for business expansion.

 

THE WEBSITE

  1. The website is a portal that will bring together various advertisements from different sources in a uniform way. Each advertisement will have a dedicated space for display.
  2. It is, however, not limited to advertisements only. It has seven (7)  features/sections:
    •  HOME
    •  ABOUT US
    •  PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
    •  NEWS BITS
    •  BE A CBMPC MEMBER
    •  SERVICES EXCHANGE
    •  PROMOTE YOUR BUSINESS
  3. Under Promote Your Business section, there are 6 categories for the advertisements:
    •  FOOD, HEALTH, AND WELLNESS
    •  GROUP TRAVEL AND LEISURE
    •  LODGING PLACE
    •  REAL ESTATE
    •  RESOURCE SPEAKING, TRAINING, AND RELATED SERVICES
    •  OTHER PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.

 

ADVERTISEMENT STRUCTURE

Every advertisement posted on the Services Exchange should follow a specific format with the following sections and contents:

  1. Title (maximum of 70 characters)
  2. Quick Look (Price, Location, Posting Date, No. of views)
  3. Images/Pictures (maximum of 5, optional)
  4. Video (limited to one, obtained  from YouTube, optional)
  5. Description of product/service (maximum of 700 characters)
  6. Business owner/seller (Name, Contact Information, Profile-maximum of 500 characters)
  7. Message from (for direct email communication to the seller)
