CBMPC Continues as Broker for LSERV Shares of Members

As additional income source, CBMPC continues to act as broker for its members who either intend to sell or buy shares of the LSERV Corporation.
For this purpose, the following terms and conditions shall apply:
- Cost per share for either selling or buying shall be the book value based on the latest Financial Statements of LSERV, which is P9,026.32 per share as of December 31, 2022.
- The minimum number of shares to sell/ buy is 10 shares.
- Transportation expenses of the CBMPC staff to facilitate the sale (or buying) of 10 to 20 LSERV shares shall be shouldered by the seller (or buyer) on top of the broker’s fee of CBMPC.
- Transportation expenses of the CBMPC staff to facilitate the sale (or buying) of more than 20 LSERV shares shall be charged to the broker’s fee of CBMPC.
LSERV remains to be the country’s leading provider of administrative and support service activities in the country, with profitable operations and good performance records. Investments in LSERV shares can deliver good yields in either trading or dividend. The total number of LSERV shares from CBMPC members which were offered for trading is 2,144 shares, where 1,969 shares had already been traded, leaving only 175 shares still available for trading.
