Spreading Christmas Cheers Around

CBMPC’s Ugnayan sa KaPASKOhan 2024

CBMPC celebrated Christmas with its members through Ugnayan sa KaPASKOhan 2024 held on December 7, 2024 via zoom which was attended by 44 members. The Christmas celebration started with an Opening Prayer led by Director Leticia Lourdes Camara . Chair Rogelio Decal welcomed all the attendees in this annual gathering. This was followed by a video presentation of the coop’s activities showing its cooperation in the cooperative movement, the services rendered to its members and how the coop development fund was utilized. To update the coop members of its 2024 performance, General Manager Lydia de Asis presented the Coop’s Accomplishment Report.

The highlight of the presentation was the drawing of raffle prizes to members who were both present and not present, grouped into two categories. The following are the winners of grand raffle draw:

1st Prize: P3,000.00 – Rachel Ann Cruz                                                                                                                2nd Prize: P2,000.00 – Teresita Ison                                                                                                                      3rd prize: P1,000.00 – Marcelina de Lara

Prizes were also given to winners of trivia questions, IQ tests and Show Me games as well as to those who donned their best hats depicting the merriment of Christmas. The four winners (two female and two male) of the Best Christmas Hat with a prize of @ P1,000.00 each are as follows:

The traditional wine toasting was led by Edgar Frederick Generoso, Director who expressed goodwill for the holiday season to everyone. Director Noemi dela Paz delivered the Christmas Message cum Closing Remarks. The celebration was hosted by Director/METC Chair Estela Correa and assisted by the METC members and coop management.

CBMPC Management and Staff

Christmas is a time for joy, love, and celebration of Jesus Christ’s birth. It is a time when we come together to share in the spirit of the season.

As such, the CBMPC Management and staff held a simple Christmas Party at the CBMPC office on December 19, 2024. Though how simple the celebration might be, the raffle prizes and games participated in by everyone, set the festive mood

PFCCO-NCR

The coop joined the Christmas celebration of the Philippine Federation of Credit Cooperatives -National Capital Region (PFCCO-NCR) held on December 12, 2024 at Gloria Maris, Gateway Mall, Cubao, Quezon City. CBMPC was represented by GM Lydia de Asis, Ms. Marites Manansala and Mr. Reymark Estacio as authorized by its Board of Directors. The late start of the party because of the heavy traffic in the area did not dampen the spirit of the participants. General Manager Eduardo Bato delivered his Opening Remarks and Christmas Message. There were games and raffles participated by the attendees.

Manila FOCOS

the Christmas Party of the Manila Federation of Cooperatives (Manila FOCOS) held on December 4, 2024 at Paco Soriano Pandacan Development Cooperative, Angel Linao St., Paco, Manila. Manila FOCOS Chairperson Engr. Roland Viray delivered his Opening Remarks and Christmas Message. In his message, Engr. Viray informed the attendees that CBMPC is willing to extend financial assistance in case their respective cooperatives need additional funds for their operations. I-Fern, Inc. presented their latest products and distributed pamphlets as well as brochures for those who are interested to join in their networking business. The games and raffle prizes brought merriment to the event.
