Rating Sheet for Coop Members
During its February 27, 2024 meeting, the CBMPC Board of Directors (BOD) approved the Membership Rating Sheet crafted by the coop’s Membership, Education and Training Committee (METC). This instrument which covers the BOD, Officers, Committee Members, Editorial Board and other coop members, shall be used in classifying the members’ standing. It is an assessment of the individual member’s performance on key result areas like capital contribution, products and services, including vital activities such as meetings, trainings/seminars and outreach programs.
The objectives of the Membership Rating Sheet are as follows:
1. To encourage members to meet the member in good standing (MIGS) standards, stated below:
1.1. Has paid the required minimum share capital
1.2. All loans are in current status
1.3. Patronizes the business/products/ services of CBMPC
1.4. Attends trainings/seminars conducted/ facilitated by CBMPC and as required by Cooperative Development Authority (CDA).
1.5. Has not violated cooperative laws, rules and regulations set by CDA and/ or CBMPC.
2. To serve as basis for any recognition/award/ incentives (certificate, cash, travel grant and/ or attendance to international seminar/ assembly/forum).
Each area to be measured in terms of degree or level carries an assigned score/percentage point ranging from 25% to 100%. The members’ resulting scores shall be ranked into three categories with corresponding recognition/award/ incentive, namely:

The Assessment Team composed of the General Manager/METC/BOD will jointly conduct the annual rating based on actual records before the holding of the General Assembly. Regular members with share capital of at least P50,000.00 shall also be subjected to the same assessment every two years.
