Coop Officers and Members Participate in Various Trainings

To provide continuing professional growth and updates/clarifications on recent laws, various trainings (both external and in-house) were participated in by the CBMPC board of directors, officers, members and employees.

External Training: Financial Performance Standards (PESOS)

GM Lydia de Asis and her staff, Ms. Mely Delmendo and Ms. Ma. Mharicon Caraig Balmores together with Mr. Cesar Usigan of the Credit Committee, attended the CDA invitation to all credit cooperatives for a virtual orientation-workshop on Financial Performance Standard (PESOS) on August 26, 2025.

The workshop aims to equip the cooperative board of directors, officers, and management with the tools and knowledge necessary to assess their coop’s financial health and align with the standards for a very satisfactory performance rating within the seven-year time frame.

The CBMPC Membership, Education and Training Committee chaired by Dir. Estela Correa, organized the following in-house trainings held via zoom during the 3rd quarter 2025, with Chairperson Rogelio Decal as Resource Speaker:
