CBMPC Links up with AgriCOOPh for Additional Health Insurance for Coop Members
During its meeting on June 28, 2024, the CBMPC Board approved the tie-up with the AgriCOOPh to provide affordable health insurance for our coop members, called the AgriCOOPhealth. This will be on top of the new HMO provider that will be approved by the Board for the period September 1, 2024 to August 31, 2025.
The AgriCOOPh partnered with AMAPHIL Inc., the first and only Third Party Administrator (TPA) that is powered by technology and certified according to ISO 9001:2014, an international standard dedicated to Quality Management System. It transforms the health care industry by enabling its members to connect with hospitals and clinics wirelessly and efficiently.
In the health care industry, the TPAs are prominent players that have the capability to administer all or portion of the claims process. AMAPHIL Inc. is a trusted partner of AgriCOOPh in healthcare that manages the self-funded medical plan of the company and provides lower health care cost and quality health care services to its members. The core service of AMAPHIL is to act as the intermediary between the client company’s employee and the medical and dental facilities, by providing seamless and cashless medical availments by using state of the art technology.
The AgriCOOPhealth is open to all coop members, 18-80 years old, dependents of married members, legal spouse up to 65 years old, children from 3 months to 21 years old, dependents of single members – mother and father up to 65 years old and siblings from 3 months to 21 years old.
The coverage/ premiums under the AgriCOOPhealth for the period September 1, 2024 to August 31, 2025 are as follows:

Enrollment under the AgriCOOPhealth requires at least 100 members including family members and full cash payment of the premiums which may be sourced thru a loan from CBMPC. Members can easily access the issuance of Letter of Authorization via the AMAPHIL mobile application. Reimbursement is provided in case of non-accredited hospital admission.
