CBMPC Bonds Series III Fully Subscribed

The cooperative’s Series III Bonds offered to its regular and associate members starting October 15, 2023, have been fully subscribed at P5.0 Million. This is even before the end of the offer period of December 28, 2023. The issue date of these bonds series was on November 15, 2023 and with maturity date on November 14, 2026.

The objective on the floating of these CBMPC Bonds with fixed rate of 4.25% (tax-exempt) is to fund the coop’s various projects such as the lending and other activities, and provide medium term investment opportunities for its members. The salient features of these Series III Bonds were included in the previous quarter’s issue (September 2023) of this newsletter.
