Blessing of the Las Piñas Apartment

On June 24, 2025, the blessing of the six-door CBMPC Apartment located at 215 Doña Leoncia Ave., Doña Leoncia Subd., Las Piñas City was done. The blessing was officiated by Rev. Fr. Saulos Phromphong, a Thai national from the Mary Immaculate Parish Nature Church in Las Piñas. This apartment which was constructed in 2020 (during the pandemic) is now fully occupied.

The Board of Directors and Officers who attended the said blessing were: Chairperson Rogelio Decal, Vice Chairperson Demetrio Opinion, Director Estela Correa, Director Noemi dela Paz, Director Leticia Lourdes Camara, Director Lamelita Aquino, Secretary Evangeline Somera and General Manager Lydia De Asis. Also present were three (3) of the CBMPC staff, namely: Claudine Reyes, Mely Delmendo and Michael Bacani.

Since it was a weekday, only two of the six tenants occupying the apartment were present during the blessing.
