Manila FOCOS invites CBMPC to the Damayan Committee

On the invitation of the Manila Federation of Cooperatives (Manila FOCOS), CBMPC will sit as member of the Federation’s Damayan Committee for a one-year term. In its letter to the CBMPC Board dated July 31, 2023, Manila FOCOS emphasized that it gives them great honor to appoint CBMPC to the Committee as the Federation’s vision which is consistent with the coop’s expertise, is to seek the CBMPC’s strategic, timely, specific and actionable capability to handle the position. Manila FOCOs believes that the appointment of CBMPC to the said Committee makes the coop a vital part of its organization. Further, it says that “the entire Manila Federation of Cooperatives will benefit from your leadership, ideas, and experience.”

Relative to this, the Board has designated Ms. Marian Tamayo, Member of CBMPC’s Membership, Education and Training Committee as its authorized representative to the Damayan Committee.
