CBMPC Board OKs Expansion of Eligible Enrollees in HMO

The CBMPC Board has recently approved the expansion of eligible enrollees in HMO, to include the following:

1. Relatives of CBMPC members

2. Employees/officemates of CBMPC members

3. Active Land Bank employees

4. Employees of CBMPC Affiliates

However, the Board has set the following conditions prior to their enrollment in the HMO:

1. Data and medical history shall be provided to CBMPC

2. Only those in the age bracket of 18 to 65 years old are eligible

3. Amount of plan shall be limited to P150,000.00 only

4. An affiliation fee of P1,500.00 per enrollee shall be collected by CBMPC

The afore cited expansion in the eligible enrollees aims to widen the coverage of HMO availers and increase the coop’s income in terms of the generated service fee and affiliation fee.
