The Coop Through the Years

The CBMPC was conceptualized by a group of Landbankers spearheaded by the late Atty. Jesus F. Diaz, as an organization of LANDBANK retirees. Its actual operations started on September 8, 2004. The primary business purpose of CBMPC is to carry out and engage in the business of extending credit facilities to its members, and to perform all acts and to transact all business in accordance with its By-Laws and under the Rules and Regulations of the Cooperative Development Authority.

Comparing 2008 (the earliest available financial data) with the end of 2020, the coop achieved a remarkable growth as can be gleaned from the figures presented below (Amounts in Million Pesos):

With the continuous patronage and support of the members, CBMPC is confident that it will be able to hit its targeted Total Resources of P100 Million by year end 2021 and thus belong to the centennial group of cooperatives.
