Incumbent CBMPC of Directors and Officers Continue to Serve on Hold Over Capacity

LANDBANK PRES. & CEO Cecilia C. Borromeo officiated the oath-taking ceremony for the 2019 elected Board of DIRECTORS and appointed OFFICERS OF CBMPC.

Pursuant to the CDA Memorandum Circular Nos. 2020-19, Series of 2020 re: New Guidelines in the Conduct of General Assembly (GA) Meetings of Cooperatives; and 2021-03, Series of 2021 re: Regulatory Relief in the conduct of GA Meetings for the Calendar Year 2021 Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the coop canceled its GA in 2020 and 2021.

Thus, the members of the CBMPC Board of Directors who were elected during the 2019 GA meeting, as well as the appointed officers, continue to serve on hold over capacity until the conduct of the next regular GA meeting during which an election will be held.

The incumbent   Board of Directors and officers are knowledgeable, experienced, and dedicated LANDBANK retirees. The Board is headed by Chairperson Rogelio G. Decal and Vice-Chairperson Rosalina D.L.P. Magat. The other directors are Demetrio R. Opinion, Miguel T. Dumlao, Raymundo M. Almario, Noemi P. dela Paz and Estela E. Correa. The coop officers are Leticia Lourdes A. Camara, Treasurer; Lamelita G. Aquino, Secretary (vice Lorna P. Garcia) and Lydia R. de Asis, General Manager (vice Cesar A. Usigan).
