CBMPC RECONNECTS WITH MEMBERS THRU VIRTUAL KUMUSTAHAN AND U

VIRTUAL KUMUSTAHAN AND UGNAYAN CBMPC has launched two virtual communication initiatives, Kumustahan and Ugnayan to ensure that the lines of communication to its members and prospective members continue to be open and the delivery of its services remains unhampered in spite of the challenges brought by the pandemic. While the Kumustahan aims to touch base with its present members, Ugnayan hopes to establish links with the LBP retirees nationwide and tap them as potential regular members.

Through the use of Zoom, a teleconferencing video app, the coop hosted the first virtual Kumustahan cum Christmas Party on December 21, 2020. This was followed by four more batches held in March to June 2021 which were attended by 57 members nationwide. On the other hand, six batches of Ugnayan were conducted from February to June 2021 which were participated in by 71 LBP retirees from Mindanao, Bicol Region, Regions II to IV, Head Office and NCR Branches.

The Membership, Education and Training Committee chaired by Director Estela E. Correa has lined up more virtual Kumustahan and Ugnayan activities for the rest of the year.
