CBMPC Creates Estate Committee

On October 28, 2021, the CBMPC Board of Directors approved the creation of the Estate Committee. Said committee will provide services to any CBMPC member or LBP retiree in handling concerns related to real properties such as payment of estate taxes, titling of land, payment of real property taxes, extra judicial settlement, and such other similar concerns.

The Estate Committee shall be chaired by Atty. Arturo Barrozo with CBMPC Chairperson Rogelio Decal, Director Demetrio Opinion, Director Raymundo Almario and GM Lydia de Asis as members.

This new undertaking is another source of fee-based income as our cooperative will charge service fee depending on the nature of transactions. Out of pocket expenses such as lawyer’s fee, court fees, cost of publication in local paper, notarial fee, etc. shall be shouldered by the member or LBP retiree.
