CBMPC Board Maps Plans for 2022

On January 21, 2022, CBMPC conducted its virtual 2022 Strategic Planning cum Board of Directors meeting. It was participated in by the coop’s Board of Directors and Officers. During the said activity, the chairpersons of the different committees presented to the Board, for approval their respective Plans and Targets together with the Strategies/Action Plans for 2022. These are aligned with the CBMPC’s goals of: generating reasonable financial return; promoting health care; providing access to an array of loans and other cooperative services; exploring opportunities to earn additional income; expanding quality membership; and providing professional growth of officers, management and staff.

These committees consist of the Executive Committee; Business Development and Investment Committee; Credit Committee; Membership, Education and Training Committee; Gender and Development Committee; and Audit Committee.

The Board-approved 2022 Development Plan of CBMPC shall be presented to the members during the General Assembly to be held virtually during the second quarter of the year.
