CBMPC Board Enhances Sustainable Strategy Map

A face to face Strategic Planning was conducted by CBMPC on January 16, 2023. It was participated by the Board of Directors, officers and some Committee members. During the said activity, the coop’s strategic directions and action plans were plotted and the output is an enhanced Sustainable Strategy Map for the next five years. With the full cooperation of our members and the passionate dedication of present and future leaders, Chairperson Rogelio G. Decal expressed confidence that coop can attain its goals.
