GM de Asis Attends NCMF Ownership Meeting

GM Lydia de Asis was authorized by the CBMPC Board to attend the Ownership Meeting of the National Cooperative Marketing Federation (NCMF) on November 21, 2025 in Diliman, Quezon City. During the meeting, NCMF updated its members and attendees on the financial condition of the Federation, particularly regarding the case of malversation of funds filed against the previous general manager and other staff members. NCMF also presented its latest financial statements and the Audit Committee Report, outlining both short- term and long-term plans.

Additionally, NCMF requested loan assistance from its member cooperatives, offering an interest rate of 4.5% per annum and the issuance of post- dated checks to guarantee payment of the loans.

Moreover, NCMF encouraged member coops to purchase rice from them as Christmas gifts to their staff, friends, and associates. In a gesture of goodwill, CBMPC purchased 26 sacks of rice which were distributed to Malate Church and the residents of Barangay 703 as part of the coop’s Outreach Program for 2025.
