CBMPC Now Holds Office at its One Taft Residences Condo Unit

On August 29, 2025, the CBMPC office has officially moved from Pope Pius XII Center at United Nations Avenue, to its condominium unit located at Unit 205, 2nd Floor, One Taft Residences, 1939 Taft Avenue, Malate, Manila. This condo unit with an area of 45.32 sqm., will be its permanent office as it is owned by CBMPC. As such, the coop will save on monthly rental expense thus, contributing to its higher net surplus.

Then on September 26, 2025, Fr. Cireneo Matulac, Vice Rector – Formation of Columban Missionaries in Malate, Manila, officiated the blessing of the coop’s new workplace. CBMPC Chair Rogelio Decal; Vice Chair Demetrio Opinion; Dir. Estela Correa; Dir. Noemi dela Paz; Credit Committee Member, Raymundo Almario; and Ms. Arlene Columbano of LBP-Microfinance Department graced this significant and much-awaited event.
