Ugnayan SA KaPASKOhan 2022
A play of the CBMPC Cooperative Hymn signaled the start of its “Ugnayan Sa KaPASKOhan 2022” via Zoom on December 10, 2022. The celebration was joined by 42 Officers and members and hosted by Estela E. Correa, Director and Chairperson of the Membership, Education and Training Committee.
The opening prayer was read by Director Leticia Camara and screen shared for everyone to join. Lydia de Asis, General Manager, later read the house rules. The CBMPC Chairperson Rogelio G. Decal gave the Welcome Remarks.
GM Lydia de Asis presented the CBMPC Accomplishment Report as of November 30, 2022 with comparative figures as of November 30, 2021, showing significant growths in most financial highlights, including a Net Surplus of P1.016M vis-a-vis P0.626M, which is an impressive increase of P0.419M or 41.29%. She also reported an increase in membership from 692 to 731 and of HMO enrolment from 142 to 189. And that our assets, Cityland Condo Unit and apartment building in Las Piñas have increased in current value and are up for sale.
Ms. Claudine Reyes, Executive Assistant, demonstrated how easy it is to access the newly upgraded CBMPC Website at cbmpc.org, where the home page contains its vision, mission and goals, with an invitation to join and avail its products and services.
The KaPASKOhan celebration was interspersed with electronic raffle draws, from minor prizes where 11 of the attendees won P500 each; to a grand raffle won by Chair Rogelio G. Decal (1st Prize of P2,500.00), Ms. Estrellita Dimaculangan (2nd Prize of P1,500.00), and Ms. Maureen Valdez (3rd Prize of P1,000.00)!!
The Zoom games were masterfully handled by Ms. Marian Tamayo and joyfully participated by all present except for the members of the Board, officers, METC members and employees of the coop who were disqualified to join. Ms. Erika dela Paz won three/most in the “Guess that Word” (Rounds 1 & 2)” games; Ms. Ma. Edlyn Valdez in the “Name that Song” (Rounds 1 & 2); Ms. Erika dela Paz and Mr. Pocholo dela Paz dominated the “Trivia Questions” (Rounds 1 & 2) with six wins each!
The Audit Committee awarded Ms. Ma. Regina Aragon, Ms. Lamelita Aquino and Ms. Neriza Laparan (Female Category) and Mr. Edgar Frederick Generoso and Mr. Rogelio Decal (Male Category) as the Best Masks winners.
Mr. Raymundo Almario led the wine toast which was followed by a community singing of Christmas carols with Ms. Jasmine Sambajon as Lead Singer.
Vice Chairperson Demetrio Opinion gave his Closing Remarks while Director Noemi dela Paz said the Closing Prayers to cap off the program.
