CBMPC Acts As Agent of Real Properties For Sale

Consistent with its goal of providing other services to its members and exploring opportunities to earn additional income, CBMPC recently started to identify and come up with an inventory of marketable real properties for sale owned by its members, LBP retirees, friends and even banks.

Under this new undertaking, CBMPC will act as an agent that will look for buyers and properties that the members would like to buy and thereby generating fee-based income. Similarly, members can also earn additional income when they act as sub-agents of CBMPC.
